Doggy Hampers Frequently Asked Questions
Is billing information sent with my gift?
No. All gifts are sent without billing information. If you require a billing invoice, be sure to fill in the billing information and shipping information with the correct details so we can send all invoices to the billing address.
Can I send my gift anonymously?
Absolutely. When you reach the checkout just be sure not to fill in any gift card information.
Can I add a personal gift card?
Absolutely. We have complimentary gift cards available with ever purchase. When you fill in the gift card information, be sure to let us know your name and short message. This will ensure we include your name on the gift card. The complimentary gift card option is located at checkout and also with each product just above the "Add To Cart" button.
How long will it take my gift to arrive?
We package your gift same day. If the Express shipping option is selected your order will be sent same day with Startrack Overnight Delivery and you will receive your gift the following day. If Standard shipping is selected your order will be sent same day via standard mail (Sendle courier or Australia Post). To view more about shipping times click here.
How many items can I send as a custom gift?
This will depend on the type of packaging chosen. For Gift Bags we generally fit 1-2 x toys and 2 x large treats. For Gift Hampers we generally fit 1 x toy and 2 x large treats.
